The recent QCI Ireland conference held in Dublin offered a rich array of discussions and presentations from specialists across Europe, aiming to discuss and advance quantum communication technologies. Over the three days, attendees were treated to a series of engaging workshops, keynote speeches, and panel discussions. The event highlighted the rapidly evolving field of quantum communication and its implications for secure data transmission.

Join us for an immersive week-long summer school, co-organized by the Institute of Physics Slovak Academy of Sciences, Fachhochschule Technikum Wien and QUTE.sk – Slovak National Center for Quantum Technologies. This unique event will integrate insights from leading industry and scientific experts with interactive student projects focusing on Quantum Computing, Quantum Cryptography and Quantum Electronics.

The QUTE.sk association had the honour of hosting Professor Mark Hillery from New York, USA, who recently visited Slovakia for two significant events: the CEQIP science conference and a series of lectures on Introduction to Quantum Algorithms.

In May 2024, QUTE.sk had the honor of hosting the distinguished Prof. Dr. Dieter Meschede in Slovakia. Prof. Meschede, a leading figure in the field of quantum physics from the University of Bonn, brought his vast knowledge and pioneering research to Bratislava, captivating audiences with his insights and expertise

From March 11th to 13th, our skQCI Project Meeting took place at the Institute of Experimental Physics of the Slovak Academy of Sciences (IEP SAS). Over three dynamic days of presentations and discussions, we delved deep into ongoing experimental research at the institute, sharing insights and forging bonds that will propel our project forward.
